Delaney Mercado is a Clinical Psychology Master’s Level Intern whose work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and diversity. Having obtained a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Studio Art from Franklin & Marshall College, Delaney’s approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration and creativity, highlighting the unique needs and intersectional identities of everyone she works with.
Delaney’s clinical interests include children, adolescents, LGBTQIA+ support & advocacy, and art therapy. She enjoys working with clients and their caregivers to cultivate curiosity & foster well-being. Acknowledging the stigma and historical impacts of mental health care, Delaney approaches each client’s case with an open mind. She promotes self-exploration alongside symptom management, recognizing the many nuances present within each of our lives.
