When science studies the change of caterpillars to butterflies, they note two distinct
internal changes that are happening within the caterpillar. The caterpillar has to
process and change while building up to be a butterfly. It changes while building the
cells of the butterfly. The power of the caterpillar’s change comes from breaking down
and rebuilding itself.
This change process happens when the caterpillar is in a healthy and safe environment.
Therapy is a guide, a safe environment, in which you can process life stressors and
grow to thrive in today’s challenging world.
The willingness to reach out for help is a step in growing stronger. Together we can
work through feelings and process the discomfort of change, so you can deal with life’s
stressors. I would love to help guide you on this journey of discovery.
