Anxiety, Depression, and Stress, unfortunately, can wreak havoc on our day to day lives. Preventing us from doing many of the things we love. However, they do not have to stand in the way of reaching your fullest potential. It can be extremely tough to ask for help. Fear of judgment or feeling like less of a person can continue the vicious cycle. While life can sometimes seem like a balancing act you want to find that first step to stability. I am not here to “fix” you but collaboratively help you navigate many of the issues that come up in life. Helping you become the best possible version of yourself!
I feel that every person is unique and has a story to be heard! Which is why therapy should not be a cookie-cutter process. I specialize in mindfulness/holistic approaches to treatment while incorporating evidence-based, person-centered treatment modalities to help you overcome anxiety/depression.
