Sometimes life can be overwhelming, and it can feel like you don’t know who you are anymore. If you are struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, or trauma- I can help you process these feelings and make change. It can be scary reaching out to help and support, and I want to help you get to where you want to be. Shame and embarrassment can stop us from being who we truly are. Together we can work through uncomfortable feelings to reach your goals.
You deserve a life full of meaning and purpose. You can heal from your past and work towards a fulfilling life. You are the writer of your story and I would like to help you examine the way you perceive and tell your story. I can help you process parts of your story that are difficult to tell, while also empowering you to create the life you want for yourself today!
I believe counseling is a collaborative experience. I don’t have the answers: you do! I believe my job as a counselor is to help you find those answers within yourself through exploration and mindfulness. I believe counseling should be flexible and available, which is why I do offer some weekend appointments and evening appointments (when available). Trust and understanding are essential to the change process- and I look forward to building them with you during our time together!
